and conditions
- Jobs over $200 require a 20 % booking fee, refundable within a minimum of 24hrs notice prior to appointment.
- Quotes assume normal levels of dirt. Excess pet hair, mould, sand, tar or overspray attracts a surcharge quoted on arrival.
- Remove ALL valuables and child seats before drop-off; we clean around immovable items and accept no liability for loss or damage to belongings left in the car.
- We do not remove or reinstall child seats.
- Pre-existing defects (clear-coat failure, peeling decals, worn leather, aftermarket electronics, etc.) are documented before work begins; we are not responsible for latent faults revealed by cleaning.
- We may photograph/video your vehicle before, during and after service for insurance proof and marketing. Plates are blurred unless you request otherwise.
